Reflexology is the act of applying pressure to the feet and hands with specific thumb, finger and hand techniques. It is based on a system of reflex areas that reflect an image of the body on the feet. Such work effects physical changes to the body.

 

Foot Reflexology can relieve pain and stiffness caused by too much exercising or using muscles for too long. It can help relieve many symptoms such as headache, stress and constipation. It also boosts blood circulation.
